You never know where a spurt of motivation can hit you. And when it does, you have a choice. You can either let it guide you to make a change or you can let it temporary spark your creative juices and then let it pass as if you are walking in the mall looking at the store windows at christmas time.

So, here is my back story. I was walking through the Denver International Airport in Denver, Colorado and as I was on the escalator to the baggage claim I look up to actually look at the ceilings and I see this massive billboard. It says if I can climb Mt. Everest blind, then you should have no excuses. 

I was floored. That was exactly the right sentence I needed to read, to get my mind back wrapped around my 2015 business plan. 

So here is a little about Mr. Erik. 

He went blind from juvenile retinoschisis. He fought against traditional methods of using canes and learning the braille method because he wanted his independence. In high school he was a wrestling championship. He attended Boston College where he graduated with a double major in English and Communications. (some of us can barely get through college with one major)

In 2008 he added Carstenz Pyramid in West Papua New Guinea.

He ascended Losar, a 2700 ft vertical ice face in the Himalayas in 2 days and 3 hours. 

In 2014 he solo kayaked the Grand Canyon 277 miles with two other people. 

HOW many obstacles do you face and crumble right at the seams? HOW many times have you given up before you have even started? How many NO's have you heard and then just gave up? 

You have to have more will power and stamina to endure this race, or else your dreams and your vision will never come into fruition. It's time to LAUNCH!!

When Will This Be You?

I am soooo proud of this young lady, and what kind of Business Success Coach would I be if I didn't give her, her due edification. First, I want you to listen to the entire interview. It is amazing and will be a great source of encouragement. 

Several facts. One is that she mentions that her vision was toooo big for people to even fathom and so she got way to much pushback in the first 3 years. How many of us feel like that daily? Your vision is sooooo big that even the smartest and most successful entrepreneur can't conceive it mentally. 

Another fact is that she decided to use her "Hollywood" and go directly to large private and public companies to get some feedback so that they could polk holes in her plan and then she could possibly adjust her model a little. 

And then one last fact, because I want you to listen to the interview and get all the inspiration and motivation you need from it. She started her company with a Beta website. Now, that was a huge risk. To know that your company website could crash at any moment while you are working out all the kinks. Pure risk at its finest. 

I want to leave you with this. How many of use would be willing to do either of these three things that I mentioned above. We hold on to our ideas and vision and don't get any feedback from a company or a coach and then we launch and hope to soar on. I am not saying anything is wrong with that, it would just be nice to have another perspective in the background notes, just in case your way doesn't work.

Network Marketing Expert, No? What Makes Sense Expert, Yes!!!

So what does your social media stream look like? All these people including myself are posting about what the next big business stream you should be apart of. I see it, everyday. And without naming names, I can honestly say that it is HARD!! There is a lot of information out there about what companies to choose and which compensation plan is gonna be the best for you. 

But the bottom line is this. Every company will work for the right person. Each person will be successful in accordance to your own mindset. I am not here to tell you about what choices you should make. My only advice is that you should make one. I am not a Network Marketing Expert, I am a What Makes Sense Expert. 

What makes sense in this economy, is to prepare your mindset to be ready to hand multiple streams of income.  So choose an industry, choose a company that has a great range of products and services  and a bomb ass compensation plan with a team that works like a team.

The What If Factor

Sooooooo, Every year you come up with these plans called resolutions where you decide that this year is gonna be your year. And every year, 365 days go by and then on that last day, you feel terrible because you realize that you allowed life to get in the way and now, you didn't do what you set out to do. 

Okay so now it is June 2015. Half the year is over and all I am gonna ask you is what if? 

What if you decided to go hard for the next six months and start that one thing you keep putting off? You put it off for finances? You put it off because of timing? You put it off because of sickness? You put it off because of family? And lastly, but very sadly, you put it off because of your JOB? 

What if you programmed yourself daily to make it happen? Ask yourself what that looks like. Would you make that $35 monthly investment to make it happen? How productive would I be if I could just start and the follow through with it? What if I didn't let my circumstances dictate my life anymore?

Now is the time, like no other before to just let all of those What if's happen? 

I leave you with one question? 

What if it works??????

I Am Serious About My Craft

I have said this and I have said this over and over again. I am absolutely in love with the business of business. I didn't realize until just now listening to Eric Thomas, that this isn't even about the money for me. I have flown across the country and spent money just to help one person launch her business and show her how to properly use the system so she can be successful.

This year I am fully committed to helping as many people as I can launch. Period. I won't even give you a number because I don't believe that my talent and my spirit can be contained in a number. I have never been able to be contained in a box.

You know that moment in your life when you already know that you talented, gifted, beautiful, intelligent and marketable and then someone comes out an says something to you (which you already know) but you just needed to hear it again. Okay so that moment happened to me today. I have been sitting on a book for six years. I have been sitting on my business motivation business for ten years. I don't want to be a motivational speaker, I want to be a business mover, a business launcher, a business movement.

I just made a promise to myself that I will have all of this launched within the next 30 days. I don't care if you don't join my business. I don't care if you launch a toilet tissue MLM. I don't care what it is that you do as long as you launch. Period.

It's time! It's been time! You are out of time! Let's Go!!!
